1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Vegah Interiors website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

Vegah Interiors provides premium interior design and execution services. All designs and customized solutions are subject to specific project agreements and site conditions.

3. Payment Milestones

Standard projects follow the documented payment schedule:

10%: Booking Fee to initiate the design process.
40%: Production Milestone before manufacturing/dispatch.
40%: Installation Milestone before handover and installation completion.
10%: Handover Milestone

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, drawings, and artistic expressions created by Vegah Interiors remain the intellectual property of Vegah Interiors until full payment is received.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vegah Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
